Well, I sent an email and got a response in less that 12 hours! Ivy let know that my purses would be on their way shortly, as one of the purses I had ordered was not in stock. That is why the delay. My purses arrived today, and they are all absolutely gorgeous! The one I got for free from the special has exceeded my expectations. This is a great site and a wonderful place to get your purses. I would not hesitate to order from here again.
