I made an order 17 days ago and still have not received the items. I was contacted by someone and they said one of the purses was out of stock so could they ship them together when the purse came in to save them shipping costs. The order was supposed to come in that following Tuesday. Well, that still gives ample time for delivery before now. I have sent an email and will update everyone on the board if I get an answer back or get my purses. I have made a phone call to the number from where I was called and it goes right to a generic voicemail. My bank account got charged when I first ordered my purses (3). Most places will not charge your account until the order is shipped--just as a good faith kind of thing. Also there is no tracking info or anything given. So I have no idea weather I will get my purses or when. It looks as though i should have paid more attention to the other comments on the delay of shipment or no order received. No one updated to say if the order was received. I will update.
