I ordered two purses on 3/29. I received a phone call from an Ivy last tuesday 3/8 stating one purse was not in stock even though it said it was online. A phone number which went to someone else was left - I have not been able to get ahold of anyone about my order. I have sent 5 or 6 emails in the past week with NO REPLY and am extremely disappointed in this site. My card has been charged and I have not received any merchandise or communication on my order. Jen
